Come together with fellow members to connect, share ideas, and hear the latest on our movement for mental health reform. We’ll share updates on what’s been happening and invite your thoughts on our next steps.
This month, we will be digging into a key question for our movement: is it time to reignite the call to appoint a dedicated Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing in Australia?
We will also be joined by a special guest, Dr Fiona Martin.
Dr Martin is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist with more than two decades of clinical and research experience, a former Member of Parliament, the chair of the first national Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Committee, and an Australians for Mental Health Ambassador.
Australians for Mental Health members are currently establishing a working group focused on growing our community, strengthening member connections, and developing strong policy platforms for future campaigns. If that sounds like something you have thoughts on, don’t miss this meeting.
