Partner Membership is for organisations of all kinds — community groups, unions, faith organisations and other institutions — who believe Australia can and should be a mentally healthier place for everyone, and who fundamentally agree that at the heart of mental health is a core question of justice.
There are many organisations pushing for better mental health in Australia, but real change doesn’t happen alone. By joining forces, those of us who demand more on mental health can have a louder voice and a bigger say: in our local communities and across the country.
As a Partner Member of Australians for Mental Health, your organisation will be joining a growing movement working to shift the underlying systems that shape our mental health: from workplaces and schools to housing and services, laws and public policy.
We are not policy wonks or clinicians. We are everyday Australians living every day with mental health norms, laws and systems that are failing most people.
And we’ve had enough.
By joining as a Partner Member, your organisation will:
- Contribute your insight, experience and perspectives in the policy positions and campaign priorities to our shared work;
- Open up a purposeful discussion with your members and stakeholders on mental health as they experience it
- Help power independent, people-led advocacy for lasting change
Annual Partner Member Dues*
We value our independence and therefore do not accept government grants to fund our operations.
We ask that members make a small financial contribution to our work, according to their means:
| TINY | $500 |
| SMALL | $2,500 |
| MEDIUM | $5,000 |
| LARGE | $10,000 |
| HUGE | $20,000 |
*We’ll leave it to your judgement to work out where you think you fit, but if the dues listed are outside your means, we encourage you to talk to us – your involvement matters more to us than your money!
