Shannon is Director, Global Social Sustainability, in the IFM Investors’ Infrastructure Team. ​

She leads the development and implementation of IFM’s approach to ensuring existing and new investments consider relevant social sustainability and stakeholder risks and opportunities across the Australian and Global Infrastructure funds. .  ​

Shannon has extensive global experience in improving complex stakeholder environments and building multi-stakeholder coalitions.  She has advised senior leaders, companies and boards around their trade union, government, community, investor and industry engagement across Australia, United States, Africa, Asia and the Pacific.  She was previously a  researcher examining labor markets and workplaces at the University of Sydney.  ​

Shannon sits on the Indigenous Advisory Group for Airports Development Group on behalf of IFM, co-leads the Sustainability Course for the Full-Time MBA Program at the University of Sydney Business School and is currently a Non-Executive Director at Australians for Mental Health, a National Not for Profit.
