Stuart is an experienced adviser, strategist and technologist focused on the social and sustainability sectors. He is proud to have developed Social Ventures Australia’s Consulting team to 40+ professionals working with clients to improve their impact, strengthen the social sector and make Australia more fair for all.

Stuart is a Senior Advisor to the Consulting practice at SVA. He brings a unique ability to marry deep data analysis with strategic vision, along with his aptitude for anticipating change, to help clients achieve their desired impact. With a passion for innovation and veteran facilitation skills, Stuart has worked with boards and leadership teams across the sector to navigate pressing challenges such as the transition to NDIS; and to evaluate and guide pioneering approaches such as mental health peer-support programs.

​Prior to joining SVA, Stuart was a strategy consultant with Eden McCallum LLP in the UK, General Manager for St. George Bank, Founder and Director of a dot-com consulting business, Senior Associate with Booz & Co, and Director with Oracle Corporation. Stuart graduated from INSEAD with a MBA (Distinction) and holds a degree in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
